环境为混合 Microsoft Exchange（2010 和 2016）。
已遵循知识库文章 498673：SourceOne Email Management：Message: 您无法在混合Microsoft Exchange （2010 和 2016） 环境中连接到 Microsoft Exchange 2016 日记邮箱 ，其中介绍了混合模式的先决条件以及知识库文章 492309：SourceOne Email Management：SourceOne 帐户在运行活动时无法访问终端用户邮箱。在将 Outlook SourceOne 配置文件与 Exchange 服务器连接时，它使用 RPC/HTTP 协议而不是 MAPI/HTTP 协议。
按照这两个 KB作后，用户无法使用 RPC/HTTP 连接进行交换，并且 SourceOne 作业仍然失败，仅使用 HTTP 而不是所需的 RPC 显示已建立的连接。
Cause
此问题是由 Exchange 服务器端阻止所有邮箱上的 RPC over HTTP 的参数设置引起的。

Resolution
