Microsoft Live 帐户无法在 Dell Encryption Personal 或 Dell Encryption Enterprise 中激活

Dell Encryption（以前称为 Dell Data Protection |在 Windows 8、8.1 和 10 中，当用户尝试完成设置向导时，加密）可能会失败。

此问题与使用 Microsoft 帐户有关。

解决方法是使用本地帐户登录，配置加密，然后切换回 Microsoft 帐户。

下面提供了适用于 Windows 10 的步骤：

1. 取消并退出设置向导。
2. 切换到本地帐户：
   1. 单击 开始 > 设置 >帐户。
   2. 在您的电子邮件和帐户下，单击“使用本地帐户登录”。
   3. 键入您的 Microsoft 帐户密码，然后单击下一步。
   4. 创建用户，然后单击下一步。
   5. 单击 注销并完成 ，然后以新用户身份登录。
3. 打开位于启动>所有应用程序>戴尔下的 Dell Encryption 应用程序。 
4. 按照设置向导来配置 Dell Encryption，然后单击 Finish。

5. 出现提示时，重新启动计算机。
6. 切换回到 Microsoft 帐户的步骤：
   1. 单击 开始 >设置 >帐户。
   2. 在您的电子邮件和帐户下，单击“使用 Microsoft 帐户登录”。
   3. 键入 Microsoft 帐户的电子邮件地址和密码，然后单击登录。
   4. 键入当前 Windows 密码以进行确认，然后单击下一步。

检查日志

检查日志将显示以下结果：
