如果CMGShield.log具有備用版本，則同一台電腦上存在CMGShieldNP.dll的兩個副本，每個路徑中一個：

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
注意：這些位置是以預設安裝位置為依據。自訂安裝可能具有不同的目錄路徑。

若要解決此問題，請將 C：\WIndows\System32 下的檔案重新命名為 CMGShieldNP_Old.dll，然後將電腦重新開機。
