Resolution

Pokud má CMGShield.log střídavé verze, pak ve stejném počítači existují dvě kopie CMGShieldNP.dll, po jedné v každé níže uvedené cestě:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
Poznámka: Umístění jsou založena na výchozích umístěních instalace. Vlastní instalace mohou mít různé cesty k adresářům.

Problém vyřešíte přejmenováním souboru ve složce C:\WIndows\System32 na CMGShieldNP_Old.dll a restartováním počítače.
