Cause
未將用來保護快取認證的加密金鑰解除鎖定，是導致不允許在已中斷網路連線情況下登入電腦之問題的原因。
Resolution
若升級後客戶無法存取快取的認證，請執行下列步驟：
- 從企業伺服器 （遠端系統管理） 系統下載 Device Recovery Key 套件組合，或使用 Personal Edition 電腦的備份位置尋找復原套件組合。
- 執行
recovery.exe然後選取第一個選項，指出您無法啟動電腦。 - 完成後，請將電腦重新開機。
注意：或者，您可以執行
LSARecovery.exe -p password -gpk 然後複製 GPKRCVR.txt 檔案至受影響電腦的根。
