User disabled Dell BitLocker Manager reenables after five minutes

Resolution
Note: If BitLocker is enabled by policy, this is working as designed.
Dell BitLocker Manager checks the computer every five minutes to ensure policy enforcement. If an end user turns off BitLocker from within Windows, and the policy to enable BitLocker is set to true, the Dell BitLocker manager reenables BitLocker.
If Dell BitLocker Manager detects that BitLocker is turned off, it turns it back on.
Check with your System Administrator for information regarding turning off BitLocker.
