Create an Integration Repository:

In the DRM GUI, select the Add Repository option in the upper left

Name the Repository
-
Change the Base Catalog if not using the Default Dell Online

Change to Integration Tab

Choose the Console to connect to, and credentials

Depending on the Console, you are asked to select a Group (like OME), or list of known servers (OMIVV/OMIMSSC)
Troubleshooting Integration Repository

Since it uses port 443, it should largely work except for permission issues
- Confirm that DRM's network settings are properly configured

Rule out DNS if using hostname/FQDN

For Windows DRM use Wireshark and Linux, use TCPDUMP to packet capture why it is failing
