Troubleshoot OneDrive for Windows Phone app problems
Summary: Here are the following steps on how to fix the OneDrive sync problem in Mobile for Windows phone.
Instructions

If you are having camera roll issues, for example, automatic camera upload is not working, not all photos are uploaded, take the following steps to help fix the problem:
- Check your Wi-Fi connectivity; ensure that the mobile OneDrive settings for camera upload on metered connections are not switched off.
- Disable camera upload in OneDrive app settings.
- Go to www.onedrive.live.com
and rename your Camera Roll folder.
- Enable camera upload to start the reuploading of all camera roll photos from your mobile device into the cloud.
Note: This starts a reupload of all camera roll figures from your mobile device into the cloud. Make sure that your Internet connection is strong before completing these steps.

If it takes a while to look for photos or do camera upload but there is no error message, it might be because you have too many figures on your camera roll. The delay may also be caused by facial recognition and location data settings in your photos. To resolve this, do the following:
- Reduce the number of photos in your camera roll; move some of your photos to another folder.
- Turn off optimized storage in iOS photo and figure settings.
- Leave OneDrive running overnight to finish uploading.
Note: For large amounts of data, especially if you also connect to iCloud, the upload process may take longer. Refrain from signing out or reinstalling the app currently as it will only cause the process to restart.
