Symptoms
メイン メニューで任意の項目を選択したり、GUIをリフレシュしたり、画面を切り替えたりするときに、SRM Web GUIのレスポンスが遅い
Cause
Tomcatログのローカルホスト ログ ファイルに次のようなエラーが表示されます

javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: xxx-xxx, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v4563 ]
LDAPのエラー コード49は認証エラーを意味しており、SRM GUIのLDAP設定が誤って設定されています
ルーティング体系で古いLDAPサーバー名が指定されており、正しく設定されていないことが分かりました。

Resolution
LDAPサーバーの接続とログイン/パスワードを確認しました。 必要な変更を行うと、接続してログインできるようになりました。
