Symptoms

기본 메뉴에서 항목을 선택하거나 GUI를 새로 고치거나 화면 간에 전환하는 동안 SRM Web GUI 응답이 느려짐

Cause

Tomcat 로그 아래의 localhost 로그 파일에 오류가 있는 경우

    javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: xxx-xxx, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v4563 ]
LDAP 오류 코드 49에서 SRM GUI에서 구성된 LDAP 설정을 누락시키는 인증 오류를 표시했습니다.

Realm 구성은 이전 LDAP 서버 이름을 사용하여 잘못 구성되었습니다.

Resolution

LDAP 서버 연결 및 로그인/암호를 확인했습니다.  필요한 변경 사항을 적용한 후 연결하여 로그인할 수 있었습니다.
Tomcat을 재시작한 후 GUI 응답 성능이 크게 향상되었습니다.
