Users cannot remotely disable SMM Mitigation using either DCC or DCPP.
Cause
This is working as designed.
Resolution
As described on the DCC's manual, this type of security settings can only be activated and not deactivated remotely, when using tools like DCC or DCPP.

Note: SMM Security Mitigation can be disabled in the manufacturing mode.
