Symptoms

UHD(Ultra High Definition) 디스플레이를 사용하는 Precision 5560 및 XPS 9510 컴퓨터에 연결하는 동안 인텔 AMT(Active Management Technology) KVM 원격 콘솔 연결에 실패합니다.

Cause

Precision 5560 및 XPS 9510의 UHD(3840*2400) LCD 화면 해상도가 인텔 관리 엔진의 해상도 범위를 초과합니다.

Resolution

이는 KVM 기능에 대한 인텔 AMT의 제한 사항입니다. LCD 화면 해상도를 줄이면 KVM이 인텔 ME 설계 내에서 작동할 수 있습니다.

원격 콘솔 액세스를 허용하도록 LCD 화면 해상도를 변경합니다.

  1. 설정>시스템>디스플레이>고급 디스플레이 설정>디스플레이 1의 디스플레이 어댑터 속성으로 이동합니다.
  2. 어댑터 탭에서 모든 모드 나열을 클릭하고 1920 x 1200, 트루 컬러(32비트),60Hz를 선택한 다음 확인을 클릭합니다.
  3. LCD 화면 해상도가 1920 x 1200으로 바뀌었는지 확인합니다.
