UI에 로그인하려고 하면 다음 오류 메시지와 함께 실패합니다.

Unable to load system configuration data. Contact your service provider for assistance: Error: Service unavailable. Please retry in a few minutes. (0xE04040010004)

ssh/CLI를 통한 액세스는 계속 사용할 수 있으며 PSTCLI는 예상대로 작동합니다.

 

Cause

PowerStoreOS V1에서는 메트릭 수집 세션이 겹칠 때(이전 수집이 아직 완료되지 않았으며 다음 수집 주기가 시작됨) SDNAS의 메트릭 수집 워크플로가 교착 상태를 유발할 수 있습니다.
 

Resolution

이 문제는 PowerStoreOS 버전 2.0.0.0에서 해결되었습니다.

동일한 오류로 PowerStore Manager(UI)에 로그인할 수 없는 경우 Dell EMC 기술 지원 부서 또는 공인 서비스 담당자에게 문의하여 이 기술 자료 문서 ID를 인용하십시오.
