Symptoms

Collection data related to the Data Domain SSH Performance request is not available for the Data Domain.
Request history shows that the SSH Performance request is failing with EOF error. Within the debug low agent logs the following information is seen:

DBG2    28300.28311    20210420:110840         agent.mod.dd - ssh_rundd_cmd(): DD Command [vtl show config] on Host [host.domain.com] with user [user]

Cause

This is a known Bug/Defect in Data Protection Advisor.

Resolution

To be resolved in an agent patch above Data Protection Advisor 19.4.0 patch b56.
To be resolved in an agent patch above Data Protection Advisor 19.5.0 patch b9.

The Patch will be available through Dell EMC Technical Support.
