Цель

Содержит инструкции по удаленному программному сбросу iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) с хоста ESXi (Integrated Data Protection Appliance) или PowerProtect Data Protection Series. 

Причина:

Невозможно войти в пользовательский интерфейс iDRAC, или iDRAC не отвечает на команду «racadm racreset" в сеансе SSH:

Не удается перезапустить iDRAC из RACADM


Затем попробуйте сбросить его с помощью команды модуля iDRAC Service Module (iSM).

Резолюция:

  1. Войдите в ESXi с учетной записью root и выполните команду:
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin/Invoke-iDRACHardReset

or

# /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool mc reset cold
  1. Найдите IP-адрес iDRAC с помощью команды:
[root@esx-4400:~] /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool lan  print |grep "IP Address"
IP Address Source       : Static Address
IP Address              : 10.XX.XX.XX
[root@esx-4400:~]
  1. С хоста ESXi IDPA подключитесь через SSH к iDRAC с внутренним IP-адресом 169.254.0.1:
[root@esx-4400:~] ssh root@169.254.0.1
root@169.254.0.1's password:
racadm>>

Удаленный аппаратный сброс
iDRACКонтроллер iDRAC может перестать отвечать по различным причинам. iSM может полностью сбросить не отвечающий контроллер iDRAC8 или iDRAC9, временно отключив питание контроллера iDRAC, не влияя на производительность операционной системы. Эту функцию можно отключить только на странице iDRAC Service Module в iDRAC с помощью любого из интерфейсов iDRAC.
