목적

IDPA(Integrated Data Protection Appliance) 또는 PowerProtect Data Protection Series ESXi 호스트에서 원격으로 iDRAC(Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller)을 소프트 리셋하는 단계를 나열합니다. 

원인:

iDRAC UI에 로그인할 수 없거나 iDRAC가 "racadm racreset" 명령을 실행하여 SSH 세션에서 다음을 수행합니다.

RACADM에서 iDRAC를 재시작할 수 없음


그런 다음 iSM(iDRAC Service Module) module 명령을 사용하여 재설정을 시도합니다.

해상도:

  1. 루트 계정으로 ESXi에 로그인하고 다음 명령을 실행합니다.
# /opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin/Invoke-iDRACHardReset

or

# /opt/dell/idpa/bin/ipmitool mc reset cold
  1. 다음 명령으로 iDRAC IP 주소를 찾습니다.

Additional Information

원격 iDRAC 하드 재설정
여러 가지 이유로 iDRAC이 응답하지 않을 수 있습니다. iSM은 운영 체제 운영에 영향을 주지 않고 iDRAC 컨트롤러의 전원을 일시적으로 차단하여 응답하지 않는 iDRAC8 또는 iDRAC9 컨트롤러를 완전히 재설정할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 iDRAC 인터페이스를 사용하여 iDRAC의 iDRAC Service Module 페이지에서만 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
