Siga as etapas abaixo para executar a ferramenta Windows Process Monitor (ProcMon).

  1. Faça download da ferramenta ProcMon aquiEsse hiperlink direcionará você para um site fora da Dell Technologies. e extraia o arquivo ProcessMonitor.zip
  2. Execute o executável Procmon64 (Procmon64.exe)

           Execute o executável Procmon64 (Procmon64.exe) 
       3. Aceite ou concorde com o Contrato de Licença para continuar.
       4. A seguinte janela é vista.
          Você verá a seguinte janela: 

         5. Reproduza o problema e salve o arquivo de log.
         6. Para salvar a saída do registro, clique em Salvar arquivo > , que abrirá a seguinte janela:-
7. Escolha o formato do arquivo a ser salvo junto com o caminho.

         7. Capture e envie o arquivo salvo para investigação/revisão.
