Instructions

​Follow the steps below to run the Windows Process Monitor (ProcMon) tool.

  1. Download the ProcMon tool from hereThis hyperlink is taking you to a website outside of Dell Technologies. and Extract the ProcessMonitor.zip file
  2. Run the Procmon64 executable (Procmon64.exe)

           Run the Procmon64 executable (Procmon64.exe) 
       3. Accept or agree to the License Agreement to proceed.
       4. The following window is seen.
          You will see the following window 

         5. Reproduce the issue and save the log file.
         6. To save the log output, click File > Save which will bring up the following window:-
         7. Choose the format of the file to save along with the path.

         7. Capture and send the saved file for investigations/review.
