Suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour exécuter l’outil Windows Process Monitor (ProcMon).

  1. Téléchargez l’outil ProcMon à partir d’iciCe lien hypertexte renvoie à un site Web extérieur à Dell Technologies. et extrayez le fichier ProcessMonitor.zip
  2. Exécutez le fichier exécutable Procmon64 (Procmon64.exe)

           Exécutez le fichier exécutable Procmon64 (Procmon64.exe) 
       3. Acceptez le contrat de licence pour continuer.
       4. La fenêtre suivante s’affiche.

         5. Reproduisez le problème et enregistrez le fichier journal.
         6. Pour enregistrer la sortie du journal, cliquez sur Fichier > Enregistrer qui fera apparaître la fenêtre suivante : -
7. Choisissez le format du fichier à enregistrer ainsi que le chemin d’accès.

         7. Capturez et envoyez le fichier enregistré pour investigation/révision.
