Dell Proキーボードおよびマウス(KM5221W)を使用すると、次の現象が発生することがあります。

Resolution

次の手順は、ワイヤレス キーボードとマウスを再同期またはドロップしてペアリングする手順です。(Dell Peripheral Managerユーティリティーを使用):

  1. Dell Peripheral Managerはコンピューターにインストールされていますか?
