How to Enable Audible On-screen Menu Option of Dell U4021QW/P2422HA/P2722H CAVV Monitors Sold USA

This feature applies to Dell Monitors sold in the USA after February 7, 2022. This feature applies to US models of U4021QW, P2422HA, and P2722H CAVV only.

This is an accessibility feature for people who are visually impaired. This feature can also be enabled or disabled in the Display Main Menu.

Follow these steps to enable the audible menu Voice Function.

1. Power On the monitor.
2. Use the Joystick as shown below to navigate through the Easy Initial Setup. Press the Joystick to enter. (See Figure.1)

3. Moving the joystick highlight menu items and pressing the joystick to enter. Follow the steps in figure 2 to navigate the Easy Initial Setup to enable the Menu Voice function. (Figure 2)
