Symptoms

This behavior is observed when the user attempts to create new VDS during CO deployments in a cluster that has nested folders.

Cause

  • Nested Folders are supported by Flex Manager as existing services only.
  • PFxM does not create new VDS within nested folders and if attempted fails

Resolution

  • Create the VDS within the folders/Cluster as required manually
  • While creating the service, DO NOT create a new VDS, select the existing VDS as created under the cluster
