Symptoms

Podczas logowania się do interfejsu użytkownika w określonym węźle na pulpicie nawigacyjnym lub w powiadomieniu o umowie licencyjnej użytkownika końcowego pojawia się następujący błąd:
Błąd 6500

 

Cause

Istnieją trzy usługi ECS odpowiedzialne za logowanie w interfejsie użytkownika, stat, "ecsportalsvc" i "obcontrolsvc" — zawierają one stare wpisy, które nie umożliwiają logowania się do interfejsu użytkownika.

 

Resolution

W odpowiednim węźle uruchom ponownie elementy stat, ecsportalsvc i obcontrolsvc. Nie ma to wpływu na ponowne uruchomienie tych usług, ale należy zauważyć, że wszystkie alerty wygenerowane w interfejsie użytkownika w innym węźle są teraz połączone z tymi ponownymi uruchomieniami:

 

Korzystanie z narzędzi serwisowych:

admin@node1:~> svc_node services restart -nw 10 -srv stat ecsportalsvc objcontrolsvc -n self

Potwierdź w odpowiednim węźle (szafa serwerowa 1 węzeł 1) ponowne uruchomienie usług i upewnij się, że żadne usługi nie są uruchomione:
