Symptoms

특정 노드의 UI에 로그인하면 대시보드 또는 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약 알림에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.
오류 6500

 

Cause

UI 로그인을 담당하는 ECS 서비스에는 stat, "ecsportalsvc" 및 "obcontrolsvc"의 세 가지가 있으며, 이러한 서비스에는 UI의 로그인을 허용하지 않는 오래된 항목이 있습니다.

 

Resolution

관련 노드에서 stat, ecsportalsvc 및 obcontrolsvc를 재시작합니다. 이러한 서비스를 재시작해도 영향을 미치지 않지만 다른 노드의 UI에서 생성된 모든 알림이 이제 이러한 재시작에 연결됩니다.

 

서비스 툴 사용:

admin@node1:~> svc_node services restart -nw 10 -srv stat ecsportalsvc objcontrolsvc -n self
Starting utility inside a screen session

 

관련 노드(랙 1, 노드 1)에서 서비스가 재시작되었는지 확인하고 실행 중이지 않은 서비스가 없는지 확인합니다.
