Symptoms

For IDRAC 9: 
 

When going to IDRAC9 GUI > Maintenance > System Update > Manual Update and selecting HTTPS as the location type option.

After adding downloads.dell.com:

And then clicking "Check for update":

Go to IDRAC8 GUI > Overview > Update and Rollback > Change File location type to HTTPs and adding downloads.dell.com as the HTTPS address:
