Symptoms

Il server NetWorker utilizza un file di licenza served gestito da un Licensing Server.

Il server licenze è installato su un sistema operativo Linux.

NetWorker Disaster Recovery (nsrdr) è stato eseguito su un server NetWorker, dopo il quale è stato segnalato il seguente errore in NetWorker Management Console (NMC):

Cause

lib mancante nel server licenze.

Resolution

  1. Sul server licenze, eseguire il comando riportato di seguito. Questo dovrebbe collegare la libreria mancante.
file lmgrd

lmgrd: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib64/ld-lsb-x86-64.so.3, for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, stripped
  1. Avviare nuovamente il servizio del server licenze con il comando:
systemctl start dellemclicservd.service

Una licenza served richiede l'installazione e la configurazione di Dell Technologies License Server, noto anche come CLP License Server. Una licenza unserved non richiede l'installazione del server licenze.
