Symptoms

O servidor do NetWorker está usando um arquivo de licença servido que um servidor de licenciamento gerencia.

O servidor de licenciamento é instalado em um sistema operacional Linux.

O NetWorker Disaster Recovery (nsrdr) foi executado em um servidor do NetWorker, após o qual o seguinte erro foi relatado no NetWorker Management Console (NMC): 
CLP/ELMS server for basic license information found the following: 'Can't establish connection to the license server. Flexlm error -15'

Cause

lib estava ausente no License Server.

Resolution

  1. No servidor de licenças, execute o comando abaixo. Isso deve vincular a biblioteca ausente.
file lmgrd

  1. Inicie o serviço license server novamente com o comando:
systemctl start dellemclicservd.service

Uma licença fornecida exige a instalação e configuração do Dell Technologies License Server, também conhecido como CLP License Server. Uma licença não conservada não exige que você instale o License Server.
