Symptoms

NetWorkerサーバーは、ライセンス サーバーが管理するServedライセンス ファイルを使用しています。

ライセンス サーバーは、Linuxオペレーティング システムにインストールされます。

NetWorkerサーバーでNetWorkerディザスター リカバリー(nsrdr)が実行され、その後、NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)で次のエラーが報告されました。 
CLP/ELMS server for basic license information found the following: 'Can't establish connection to the license server. Flexlm error -15'

Cause

libがライセンス サーバーに存在しない。

Resolution

  1. ライセンス サーバーで、次のコマンドを実行します。これにより、見つからないライブラリがリンクされます。
file lmgrd

lmgrd: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib64/ld-lsb-x86-64.so.3, for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, stripped
  1. 次のコマンドを使用して、ライセンス サーバー サービスを再度開始します。
systemctl start dellemclicservd.service

Additional Information

Servedライセンスには、CLPライセンス サーバーとも呼ばれるDell Technologiesライセンス サーバーのインストールと構成が必要です。Unservedライセンスでは、ライセンス サーバーをインストールする必要はありません。
