Symptoms

症狀是 Linux 網路裝置位於 VM 內部，因此無法存取 VM 的管理或儲存裝置。從 vCenter 的觀點來看，如下所示：

Cause

ESXi 從 6.7 升級至 7.0 需要較小的本機 VMFS 資料存放區，才能為其作業系統提供 ESXi 7.0 以上的空間。在 ESXi 升級之前，資料存放區會重新調整大小。調整大小程式會備份現有的本機資料存放區，然後將其銷毀。會建立較小的資料存放區，並將其備份的檔案還原。重新調整大小程式會自動分段 ESXi 升級，以便下次開機至 ESXi 7.0。ESXi 主機第一次開機 7.0 時，它會在新資料存放區中看到快取的網路組態資料 （.dvsData），但之後又將資料儲存區替換為被調整大小程式銷毀的資料存放區路徑。所有後續寫入都使用這個不正確的位置，並失敗。缺少的交換器組態資料不會使 PowerStore VM 無法啟動，但可能會導致在 VM 開啟電源後，與 VM 組態中的分散式交換器相關聯的網路配接卡處於中斷線上狀態。

Resolution

若要解決這個問題，必須執行下列步驟：

  1. 請確定 PowerStore X VM 已開啟電源。視需要使用 vCenter → Datacenter → Cluster → VM → Power → Power On 開啟電源。
  2. 透過 vCenter → Datacenter → Cluster → VM → 摘要→編輯設定來開啟 PowerStore X VM 設定。
  3. 選擇未連線的網路配接卡，並修改其埠群組以PG_Internal，然後按「確定」。

 4.根據下表將網路配接卡埠群組修改為原始值，然後按「OK」。
