Customer can get their MAC address in the BIOS or in Windows.

BIOS:

MAC Address in BIOS

Windows:

  1. Press the key Win + R.
    Press Win + R keys
  2. Type in cmd then click OK.
    Type cmd
  3. Type in getmac/v and then click the enter key to check the MAC address.
    Type getmac/v
