PowerFlex: Failed to add acceleration device, could not open SDS device

Symptoms
The dax device has been created successfully.
The dax device can be seen on the host using:
When adding the dax device using the Presentation Server, you see:

Cause
The library libpmem was removed from the SDS node or not installed.
Checking for the lipmem package returns nothing.
The SDS uses this library to interact with the NVDIMMs.
This explains why the SDS service was unable to read the NVDIMMs.

Resolution
Install the libpmem on the SDS.
After the package is installed, reboot the SDS.
After the SDS comes back up, you can add the dax device to the SDS.
In this example the version is: libpmem-1.5.1-2.1.el7.x86_64
