Symptoms

キーボードのDeleteキーが機能しない

 

Deleteキーを直接押すと機能しませんが、Fn + Deleteを押すと機能します。

Cause

キーボードではファンクション キーロックの切り替えが有効であるため、[Delete]機能は、Deleteキーを直接押すのではなく、Fn+Deleteを押してトリガーする必要があります。

Resolution

 

Fn+Escを押して、キー ロック切り替え機能を無効にします。また、他のファンクション キーにも同じ問題がある場合にも機能します。

記事「 ノートパソコンのF1-F12ファンクション キーと特殊キーの切り替え」を参照してください。ファンクション行キーのプライマリー/セカンダリー機能を切り替えるには、4つのオプションがあります。

以下のキーボードのタイプについては、デル・テクノロジーズのサポート サイトから、キーボード ファームウェア アップデート ユーティリティー(以下のファイル名)をダウンロードします。このファームウェアは、FNロックを有効/無効にするときに、HOME / End / DELキーを常にプライマリ機能として保持できます。
