您只能刪除使用 Isilon shell 在 Isilon GUI 中建立的目錄或主機掛接的父目錄。
  • 必須事先移除目錄的 SyncIQ 和配額等 Isilon 功能
  • 必須符合目錄上的權限

# rm -r /vmfs/volumes/Datastore/Dir_To_Be_Removed
 
如果看起來已成功，但在 shell 或 GUI 上並未消失，請檢查權限。
在此範例中，在 Isilon 建立目錄時的預設權限「root/wheel」並未與 ESXi 的根/根對應。

ESXi shell： 
# ls -ld /vmfs/volumes/Datastore/Dir_To_Be_Removed/
drwxrwxr-x    1 root     root             0 Apr  3 01:51 /vmfs/volumes/Datastore/Dir_To_Be_Removed/
 
Isilon shell： 
# ls -ld /ifs/Dir_To_Be_Removed
drwxrwxr-x +  2 root  wheel  0 Apr  3 10:51 /ifs/Dir_To_Be_Removed
 
若要在用戶端/伺服器之間對應 uid/gid，必須透過名稱服務（如 NIS、AD 等）匯出使用者/群組帳戶共用。
 

刪除位於 Isilon Shell 的目錄： 
# rm -r /vmfs/volumes/Datastore/Dir_To_Be_Removed
 
如果遺漏了某個功能，您可能會收到以下錯誤。 
rm: /ifs/Dir_To_Be_Removed: Operation not permitted
 
刪除目錄的配額和 SyncIQ。
