Cause

當在備份資料集的特定 Hyper-V 節點選取數個 VM 時，Microsoft WMI API 會產生這些訊息。

Resolution

Hyper-V 節點應安裝所有最近的 Microsoft 更新。

沒有一個虛擬機器已設定磁片、共用磁片或客體中 CSV。它不支援 Hyper-V 映射備份。

解決 方案：
  • 使用較小的群組。 
  • 從備份資料集中的特定節點選取較少的 VM。
  • 向 Microsoft 開立案例，以解決 Hyper-V 節點上的 WMI API 問題。  

Additional Information

若要在winclustersvc中啟用偵錯：
  1. 使用 Notepad 在 Hyper-V 節點上的 C：\Program Files\avs\var\資料夾中建立winclustersvc.cmd - 「EMC Avamar backup cluster client for 」 的擁有者
  2. 新增 --debug 至它。
  3. 在 Hyper-V 節點上重新開機「EMC Avamar Plug-in Service for Windows」。 
  4. 重新執行備份以重現問題。
