Cause

使用 BIOS 更新引入了一项更改，以解决英特尔发现的安全问题 （CVE-2022-21233）。此更改修改了某些 CPU 标识符的处理方式，使它们成为动态标识符而不是静态标识符。

Dell Encryption 将监视 CPU 标识符作为防篡改保护功能。在启动过程中更改 CPU 标识符会触发防篡改警报，这会导致计算机在 SafeBIOS 屏幕或出厂 BIOS 屏幕上无响应。

Resolution

解决办法：
