Symptoms

不加载虚拟机上各个虚拟磁盘的 VSAN 性能数据。

最终会返回错误：

​​​​Unable to query data. Try again later

VDisk 硬盘 1 （！）无法查询数据。请稍后重试。

其他 VSAN 性能图表（群集、虚拟机、ESXi 主机级别等）按预期运行。

VSAN 上没有相应的错误或警告 Skyline 运行状况

在某些主机上运行以下命令时，对于存在连接问题的主机，它会返回“红色”。

esxcli vsan health cluster list

Cause

可能的原因是 VSAN 主机之间的证书颁发者不匹配。

例如，如果一个或多个主机在从 VxRail 4.7 升级到 VxRail 7 及更高版本后更换了证书，则会发生这种情况。如果 VMCA 颁发证书，则颁发者是升级前的 PSC，升级后颁发者是 vCenter（因为 PSC 现已嵌入）。

Resolution

  1. 对于每个主机，单击 Configure> System >Certificate。记下颁发者详细信息。
  2. 替换具有 PSC 颁发的证书的 ESXi 主机上的证书，以便所有主机证书具有相同的颁发者。

例如，如果 VMCA 在仍具有 PSC 颁发的证书的主机上颁发证书（PSC 或 vCenter），请右键单击 该主机 > 证书 >续订证书。

 
提醒：如果主机处于维护模式，此操作会失败。
 
提醒：vCenter 与主机及其虚拟机之间的临时断开连接可能会在 vCenter 清单中显示为已断开连接。主机和正在运行的虚拟机的功能不会中断。
 
  1. 右键单击 主机 > 证书 >刷新 CA 证书
