Symptoms

アクセス拒否の問題でhttp 403エラーが発生したため、クラウド ユニットが切断されます。

次のエラーは、DDでレポートされます。

403エラーをトレースすると、次のタイム スキュー アラートがログに表示されます。

Cause

Data DomainまたはECS上のNTPと時刻が同期されません。

Resolution

1.最新バージョンのxDoctorを実行して、時刻同期またはNTPの問題が報告されていないことを確認します。

2.すべてのノードのシステム時刻とハードウェア クロックを確認します。

3.ECSノードで時刻同期の問題またはハードウェア クロックの違いが見つかった場合は、Dellサポートと協力して解決します。

4.すべてのECSノードで時刻が同期されている場合は、Data Domainで問題が発生する可能性があります。

5.Data Domainのサポートに連絡して、Data Domainの時刻またはNTPの問題を確認して修正します。

6.クラウド ユニットのステータスを確認します。
