PowerStore: vCenter Server Configuration Fails with Encryption Error

Symptoms

Error received when configuring vCenter server from PowerStore Manager user interface (UI):

Cause

The special character "£" in the vCenter server password causes this issue.

Resolution

Remove the special character "£" from the vCenter server password and use any other special character.
