- 僅限 DD6400
- 所有 DDOS 版本
- 在初始部署期間，DD6400 因 NVRAM 問題而無法建立 DDFS。
- 即使未建立 Active Tier，系統仍會將所有磁片顯示為「使用中」。

Cause
