Symptoms

Cause
在操作系统中，“国家/地区”设置为“匈牙利”，区域格式设置为“匈牙利”，而“语言”设置设置为“英国英语”。
NMC 服务器上的操作系统设置仍为英语区域设置。NMC 使用 Locale.getDefault（） API 读取区域设置，因此它不遵守特定于匈牙利地区的日期和时间设置。

Resolution
