Symptoms

Opening PowerProtect Data Manager Web UI with the browser Microsoft Edge gives an error "Unsupported Browser."

Even after checking the option "Do not show warning again" check box, the error persists.

Cause

As per our PowerProtect Data Manager Compatibility Guide, only the latest version of Chrome browser is supported.

Resolution

As per our Compatibility Guide, only the latest version of Chrome browser is supported. A Request for Enhancement (RFE) has been filed to support the web browser Edge in the future.
