Symptoms

Cyber Recovery Manager를 사용한 NetWorker 애플리케이션 복구가 실패하고 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다. "failed to run task recoverapp. 디바이스를 마운트하는 중 오류가 발생했습니다. 오류는 Data Domain 디스크 XYZ가 미디어 인덱스에 없음입니다.

볼트 NetWorker Server의 "/nsr/logs/nsrdr.log" 파일에는 장애에 해당하는 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.
  
204591:nsrmmdbasm: Cannot run media database recovery: Action 'Media Database Recovery' refused because the server is
 currently in the 'active' state.  To run this action the server must be in the 'disaster recovery' state.

Cause

Cyber Recovery Manager를 사용하여 애플리케이션 복구를 시작하기 전에 볼트 NetWorker Server가 기본 "활성" 상태입니다.
 

Resolution

NetWorker 버전 19.8 이상을 실행하는 배포의 경우 Cyber Recovery Manager에서 애플리케이션 복구를 시작하기 전에 "서버 속성"에서 볼트 NetWorker Server의 "서버 상태"가 "재해 복구" 상태로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다("Cyber Recovery UI에서 NetWorker 복구 시작" 섹션의 사전 요구 사항에 있는 Cyber Recovery 제품 가이드에 자세히 설명되어 있음).
