This issue is seen on linecard DS-X9648-1536K9 when the switches are running on NX-OS 8.4(2c).
Cause
This issue is identified in Cisco Issue CSCwb85846 
Resolution
Workaround:
To recover the sensor, run the following set of commands:
config t poweroff module no poweroff module
Resolution:
This issue is addressed in the NX-OS: 9.3(1) and 8.4(2e)
