Cause

O agente de backup do PowerProtect Data Manager faz chamadas de API do Microsoft Windows para determinar se o host faz parte de uma configuração de cluster. No Windows Server 2019, quando chamadas de API são feitas, ele produz mensagens de erro como acima.

Resolution

Esses eventos podem ser ignorados com segurança. Os erros não afetam o Windows Server nem os backups feitos pelo agente do PowerProtect Data Manager.

A equipe de engenharia do PowerProtect Data Manager trabalhou com a Microsoft para obter uma solução. A correção é esperada para uma versão futura do PowerProtect Data Manager após a v19.14. Este artigo será revisado quando houver mais informações sobre a correção disponíveis.
