Symptoms

Nie można utworzyć zasady za pomocą programu Cyber Recovery Manager. Kreator tworzenia zasad nie działa z błędem na pierwszej stronie. Kontynuowanie nie jest możliwe.

Poniżej przedstawiono przykładowy zrzut ekranu. MTree zanotowane w komunikacie o błędzie zmienia się. Nie zawsze jest tak samo.

Cause

Domena danych magazynu ma włączoną funkcję bezpiecznej multitenencji (SMT). W momencie pisania tego artykułu program Cyber Recovery Manager nie jest zgodny z jednostkami Data Domain z włączoną funkcją SMT.

SMT is enabled.

Resolution

Wyłącz funkcję SMT w magazynie Data Domain. 
sysadmin@datadomain# smt disable
SMT disabled.

sysadmin@datadomain# smt status
SMT is disabled.
