Symptoms

Cyber Recovery Manager kullanılarak ilke oluşturamıyor. İlke oluşturma sihirbazı ilk sayfada hata veriyor. Devam etmek mümkün değildir.

Örnek olarak bir ekran görüntüsü aşağıda verilmiştir. Hata mesajında not alan MTree değişir. Her zaman aynı değildir.

Cause

Vault Data Domain, güvenli çoklu kullanım (SMT) özelliği etkindir. Bu makaleyi yazarken Cyber Recovery Manager, SMT özelliği etkinleştirilmiş Data Domain birimleriyle uyumlu değildir.

SMT is enabled.

Resolution

Vault Data Domain'de SMT özelliğini devre dışı bırakın.
