Innledning

Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) gjør det mulig å sende IPv4-pakker på tvers av nettverk ved å oversette IP-nettverksadresser til MAC-maskinvareadresser og MAC-adresser til IP-adresser. MAC-adressen og den tilsvarende IP-adressen til målenhetene opprettholdes i ARP-tabellen. Ved hjelp av IP-adressen gjør ARP-tabellen at svitsjen raskt kan hente den tilknyttede MAC-adressen, innkapsle IP-pakken i en L2-ramme og overføre den over nettverket til en destinasjon.

Vis IPv4 ARP-oppføringer

Hvis du vil vise ARP-tabelloppføringer, bruker du kommandoen show ip arp . Hvis du vil filtrere utdataene, angir du et grensesnitt, en portkanal eller et VLAN, en IP-adresse i formatet x.x.x.x, en MAC-adresse eller en kombinasjon av mer enn én verdi som samsvarer. Du kan også vise sammendragsinformasjon og IPv4 ARP-oppføringer i en angitt VRF.

Tøm IPv4-oppføringer

Hvis du vil slette dynamisk lærde IPv4-oppføringer fra ARP-tabellen, bruker du kommandoen clear ip arp. Hvis du vil angi oppføringene som skal slettes, angir du et grensesnitt, en portkanal eller et VLAN, en IPv4-adresse eller en kombinasjon som samsvarer. Angi kraft for å slette statisk konfigurerte ARP-oppføringer. Bruk kommandoen show ip arp for å bekrefte at IPv4-oppføringene er slettet.
