vCenter VAMIを確認すると、VMware vSphereプロファイル主導型ストレージ サービスに[Healthy with errors](または警告)と[Started]と表示されます。
VAMIを確認するには、https://vCenter FQDNまたはIPアドレス:5480を使用して、WebブラウザーからvCenter VAMIにrootとしてログインします。

Cause

VMware vSphereプロファイル主導型ストレージ サービスが正しく起動しませんでした。  これにより、vSphere Clientでストレージ プロファイルを表示する際に問題が発生します。

Resolution

この問題を解決するには、次の手順に従ってvCenter(および6.7以下のPSC)

を再起動します。vCenterのバージョンが6.7.X以下の場合は、次の手順を実行します。
  1. vSphereクライアントで、vCenter VMをクリックします。
  2. vCenter VMが実行されているホストを検索します。
  3. 次に、PSC VMをクリックします。
  4. PSC VMをvCenter VMと同じESXiホストに移行します。
  5. httpsとESXi FQDNまたは管理IPアドレスを使用して、WebブラウザーからESXiホストにrootとしてログインします。
  6. [Virtual Machines]を左クリックします。
  7. vCenter VMのボックスを左クリックします。
  8. [アクション]を左クリックします。
  9. ゲスト オペレーティング システムにカーソルを合わせます。
  10. [ シャットダウン ]を左クリックします。
  11. [Virtual Machines]を左クリックします。
  12. vCenter VMのボックスを左クリックしてクリアします。
  13. PSC VMのボックスを左クリックします。
  14. [アクション]を左クリックします。
  15. ゲスト オペレーティング システムにカーソルを合わせます。
  16. [ 再起動 ]を左クリックします。
  17. 約3~5分待ちます。
  18. PSC VMのボックスを左クリックしてクリアします。
  19. vCenter VMのボックスを左クリックします。
  20. [アクション]を左クリックします。
  21. ゲスト オペレーティング システムにカーソルを合わせます。
  22. [ 再起動 ]を左クリックします。

vCenterバージョンが7.0以降の場合は、次の手順を実行します。
  1. vSphereで、vCenter VMをクリックします。
  2. vCenter VMが実行されているホストを検索します。
  3. httpsとESXi FQDNまたは管理IPアドレスを使用して、WebブラウザーからESXiホストにrootとしてログインします。
  4. [Virtual Machines]を左クリックします。
