Symptoms

关闭显示器后再打开后，声音无法切换回显示器。当使用 DisplayPort 线缆连接显示器时，会发生这种情况。DisplayPort 线缆可以是 DisplayPort 或基于 USB Type-C 的 DisplayPort。

受影响的平台：

  • Alienware Aurora R15
  • Alienware Aurora R16
  • Precision 3660 塔式工作站

Cause

显示器只能驱动从 DisplayPort 音频到板载音频的单向切换。当 DisplayPort 连接恢复时，作系统不会将声音更改回 DisplayPort。如果连接中断并且计算机默认音频配置文件设置为板载，则在重新建立 DisplayPort 连接时不会返回。

Resolution

此问题并不会影响系统的正常工作。关闭音频或视频，然后再次打开。
