1. No client SQL, atualize o banco de dados nsrla com nsrauth/oldauth usando as seguintes etapas:

nsradmin -p nsrexec
. nsrla
show auth methods

update auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth"

2. Reinicie todos os serviços do NetWorker NMM no client.
3. Execute a restauração de VDI do NMM SQL novamente.
